Yechiel earned his L.L.B degree in law with honors. He completed an internship in the real estate department of Yigal Arnon & Company and later worked in the real estate and litigation departments at Kramer, Schapiro & Company.

Yechiel has extensive experience representing developers and managing real estate projects from the planning stages through delivery of the units and title registration. He has represented clients in both commercial and private real estate transactions.

He specializes in representing foreign residents and new immigrants (olim) in real estate transactions, providing legal, tax and immigrant rights advice and guidance.

His areas of expertise extend to civil litigation, including breach of contract, neighbor disputes, property division, eviction actions, labor law and property damage claims.

Yechiel is certified to prepare enduring power of attorney documents.
